Prince Harry is "thriving" in the United States and his new found freedom is fuelling his growing confidence, a source has claimed.

It has almost been a year since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their bombshell decision to step down as senior members of the Royal Family.

In March, the couple moved from their temporary home in Vancouver, Canada, to California shortly before the US border closed due to the pandemic.

And the Duke of Sussex reportedly doesn't have "any regrets" about the couple's decision and "isn't looking back" at his old life in the UK.

Harry is "thriving," a source has claimed, and is enjoying his new life in Montecito with Meghan and their son Archie.

He also reportedly loves "having the freedom" to make his own decisions "without anyone watching over them."

A source told US weekly: "Harry doesn’t have any regrets about leaving the royal family whatsoever and is really happy in Montecito,’ the source reportedly told the publication.

"He and Meghan are enjoying their new life in California – being a normal family and having the freedom to make their own decisions without anyone watching over them."

The source also claims the Prince has "grown in confidence" since the move and "isn't looking back," despite missing his friends back home.

"He has grown in confidence since the move. Harry isn’t looking back, although he does miss his friends at home," they said.

Meghan and Harry had a big year in 2020 and made it through their ups and downs, including announcing their departure and dealing with the pandemic.

Tragically, they also came to terms with a miscarriage while making huge businesses decision and setting up Archewell.
