A Royal commentator said there is "genuine concern" Meghan Markle may be booed by the British public when she visits the UK next.
Th Duchess of Sussex is not scheduled to visit her husband's home any time soon, but the Suits star’s "unpopularity" could land her in an awkward situation.
Meghan may even be booed "at an event attended by members of the public," commentator Dan Wootton claims, due to the couple's controversial Oprah Winfrey interview.
Writing for Mail Online, Mr Wootton said Harry's recent visit sparked hope William and Harry will be "forced into a positive dialogue" as they prepare for Princess Diana's 60th birthday celebrations.
But the same cannot be said for Meghan, who hasn't said "if she will consider making her first trip back to London since Megxit."
The expert said: "Some courtiers hope that William and Harry will now be forced into a positive dialogue as they prepare for what would have been their late mother's 60th birthday on July 1, where they are due to publicly unveil a statue of Diana.
"But it is unclear if Meghan, who is heavily pregnant with the couple's second child, will be involved in those discussions and if she will consider making her first trip back to London since Megxit."

He added that there are "genuine concerns" Meghan may be booed at the event, something which is expected to make the situation "fraught," it is claimed.
Mr Wootton said: "There are genuine concerns that she could be booed at an event attended by members of the public given her current unpopularity in the UK as a result of the Oprah interview.
"All of those considerations are expected to make the conversations and negotiations fraught."

Prince Harry returned to the UK for the first time since the couple announced their decision to step back as senior members of the Royal Family.
He attended the funeral of his late grandfather, who died at Windsor Castle with the Queen at his side aged 99.
The Duke of Edinburgh and Harry had a close relationship but tensions between the pair were said to have been strained following the couple's move.
Harry gave a loving tribute to Philip, describing him as a legend of banter and a master of the BBQ.
