A man has been jailed for killing a dog in a park, just months after he was accused of forcing a girl, eight, to have sex with another dog.
Matthew Miser, 23, from Texas, was arrested 25 times for different charges, before being jailed for killing his girlfriend's Miniature Australian shepherd.
The serial criminal was sentenced to four years in jail after the horrific ordeal in Iowa Park, Texas.
Miser was also sentenced for ID fraud after being found guilty of using a former employee's credit card.
This comes as months earlier, in June, Miser was arrested after an eight-year-old came forward and accused him of forcing her to have sex with a dog the previous year.

She alleged Miser had also touched her private area and forced her to "do something bad" with the dog. He was arrested for indecency with a child and bestiality and was held in Wichita County Jail in lieu of a $200,000 bond.
On June 22, Miser turned himself in after fatally kicking his girlfriend's dog.
Miser had called Iowa Park Police on June 5 and reported two puncture wounds on his right hand, which he alleged were caused by Gracie, his girlfriend's dog.
However, when cops arrived at the scene, the dog was found unresponsive.
A vet wrote Gracie had "severe bruising to her abdomen in five locations that were consistent with trauma from being kicked."
The report also said: "Gracies’ injuries and cause of death are consistent with blunt force trauma and/or abuse."
Miser's girlfriend told authorities she had left the dog with him while running an errand.
She said she had to hurry back when Miser called her to tell her he was about to "beat the [expletive] out of the dog" and that he had "just kicked the [expletive] out of the dog," reports The Sun.
His previous arrests include aggravated assault, three counts of burglary, three counts of drug possession, three counts of theft, and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and violation of a protective order.
The trial regarding the alleged abuse against the girl has not yet been set.
