The royals are “hurt” and “angry about Prince Harry’s recent comments and how he keepings bringing up "private matters", it is claimed.
Since his bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March, the Duke of Sussex has made a series of other allegations about life in the firm.
Last month, Harry compared growing up in the Royal Family to“a mixture between The Truman Show and being in a zoo”.
The duke said he andMeghan Marklehad left the monarchy to “break the cycle” for his children and escape the “pain and suffering”.
His remarks are not thought to have gone down too well back in the UK.
Entertainment Tonight journalist Hallie Stephens said: "A source tells ET that the Royal Family remains hurt and angry as Harry continues to speak about private matters publicly."
Royal expert Katie Nicholl added: "I think certainly people over here are a little disappointed and frustrated as well at hearing Prince Harry indirectly criticise the Royal Family which I think is the interpretation by some in the UK."
Relations between Harry and Prince William are already thought to be strained, especially in the wake of the Oprah interview.

Harry’s new remarks, made on US actor Dax Shepard’s podcast Armchair Expert, reportedly left his brother reeling.
Nick Bullen, editor and co-founder of True Royalty TV, toldUS Weeklythat William “is very shocked by the amount of things that his brother has said over the last few weeks”.
Mr Bullen believes “it’s going to take some time” before their relationship is mended.
He added: “I’m sure the Royal Family and the various royal households just want a moment of calm and [are saying], ‘Let’s not have any more headlines. Let’s just have a period when no one’s speaking.”
Dawn Porter, director of The Me You Can't See, Harry's new TV documentary series about mental health, recently came out in defence of the duke.
Recalling how she met Harry for the first time at Oprah's house to discuss the upcoming TV show, she described how Harry immediately put her at her ease by informally introducing himself.

"He had clearly been in this position before,” she toldInsider, “because before I could even start to stutter or say anything wrong, he just put his hand out and said, 'Harry. Nice to meet you’.”
Dawn explained that ”just getting a little taste of [the criticism], I guess, in some ways I feel protective of him because I didn't really see that coming".
