The 10th season of When Calls the Heart has a number of storylines to tie up following the jaw-dropping season nine finale on Hallmark. From the consequences Henry Gowen (played by Martin Cummins) will face for causing the mine collapse to the fire that ripped through the Queen of Hearts, as well as the fallout to Lucas (Chris McNally) and Elizabeth’s (Erin Krakow) engagement, fans have plenty to look forward to – and it looks like new episodes aren’t too far away.
That’s because When Calls the Heart stalwart Pascale Hutton, who fans know best for playing Rosemary Coulter, has delivered a promising filming update on social media.
Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a sweet snap alongside fellow fan-favourite Kavan Smith, the man behind Leland Coulter, to confirm she’d wrapped up all their scenes for the 10th season.
She penned to her 216k followers: “That’s a wrap on the Coulters (all three of them)
“Oh Hearties- do we have a season for you!!!!!!” Hutton signed off, providing one final tease.
With such prominent characters wrapping their final scenes, it sounds like filming is all but concluded for season 10.
Of course, the episodes will then have to head into the post-production phase but Hutton’s update has certainly excited fans who are waiting patiently for the new instalments to air.
And Hutton isn’t the only cast member excited by the progress as Erin Krakow shared a winky emoji while Andrea Brooks replied with a smiley and kissing emoji.
Fans were equally ecstatic TV presenter Deidre Behar Wellman replying: “THREE TIMES THE JOY! THREE TIMES THE FUN! THREE TIMES THE LEE AND ROSEMARY DELIGHTFULLY HEART-WARMING CHAOS!”

The show’s official account also remarked: “Congrats on another season! #Hearties can’t wait to see the finished product!”
Elsewhere @theheartieobserver shared their excitement: “I literally CAN’T WAIT to see the Coulter Family of Three!!!”
While @heartie.wcth commented: “This photo is the BEST! We can’t wait! So excited for season 10.”
Sadly, Hutton’s update didn’t include a precise release date for the 10th run but going off previous seasons, there is a pretty good indication as to when that may be.

After all, seasons six through eight all premiered on Hallmark in February.
Season nine did buck this trend by setting an early-March premiere, however.
Therefore, fans would be safe to assume season 10 will arrive in early-2023 now the show edges closer to post-production.
When it does return Hutton will likely be joined by a number of familiar faces fans have grown to love over the years.
Smith’s spot in season 10 is already confirmed given Hutton’s selfie and Krakow has also been sharing updates from the Hallmark set over the past few months.
Chris McNally, who plays Lucas, will also return, as will Molly Sullivan star Johannah Newmarch.
Fans can also expect to see the likes of Jack Wagner, Loretta Walsh and many others make their comebacks.
When Calls the Heart seasons 1-9 are available to stream on Hallmark TV and Lionsgate+ via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
