WARNING: This section contains spoilers from The Handmaid’s Tale season 2

The Handmaid’s Tale season three is expected to pick up just after series two ended.

The last episode of the show ended with a dramatic moment that divided fans.

Just as June (played by Elisabeth Moss) was about to escape with her baby to go to Canada along with Emily (Alexis Bledel), she decides to stay.

Viewers watched as she handed off her baby Nichole to Emily and decided to remain in Gilead.

What this will mean for the new series is yet to be seen but the trailer gives us a hint at what’s in store for June.

In the clip we see June as she gears up for a rebellion within the walls of Gilead.

In the teaser, she announced: “If I’m going to change things, I’m going to need allies, allies with power.”

There are hints that this could mean that she’ll team up with Mrs Waterford (Yvonne Strahovski) in the new series.

Many fan-favourites will also be back as we catch a glimpse of Nick (Max Minghella), Aunt Lydia (Ann Dowd) and Moira (Samira Wiley) all within the trailer.
