Good Morning Britain fans horrified as Adil Ray reveals 'foul' food habit live on air | The Sun

GOOD Morning Britain fans were left horrified as host Adil Ray showcased a "foul" breakfast habit live on air.

The ITV anchor, 48, today juggled presenting with Charlotte Hawkins, 47, alongside tucking into his breakfast.

The Lingo frontman was caught about to take a bite into a croissant before Sean Fletcher read the news.

Yet Adil told how he would moisten the French patisserie with hot tea first, dunking the item in his brew.

Charlotte squealed: "It's going to go everywhere!"

Yet despite her shock Adil stirred the item in his tea then enjoyed a big, soggy munch.

A third then raged: "Adil Ray on #GMB dunking a croissant in his drink, What Fresh Hell Is This?
But then again, I'd rather do that, than those that dunk their fries in their milkshake at McDonald's which I've heard is quite common 🤢."
