A Place in the Sun presenter Laura Hamilton was in Spain's Mijas Costa helping mum-of-three Selina and her sister Reena find the perfect holiday home.
In Friday's episode (June 11) of the Channel 4 show, Laura was hunting for a two or three-bedroom property with a garden and sea or mountain views.
Selina, who had a budget of £100,000, also wanted a modern kitchen and bathroom that won't need updating when she moves in.
Laura thought she had hot the jackpot with a two-bedroom newly refurbished apartment in Riviera Del Sol which had pretty views of the communal pool and gardens.
It also had underground private parking and large storage room – all for a modest sum of €123,500 (around £106,000).
Selina loved the apartment and it got her sister's seal of approval too.
"This is really nice," she said, "it has a lovely feel to it and I love the way the light from the balcony flows in nicely."
Although it was a strong contender, she told Laura she really wanted a view of the sea from the balcony, and so the property expert tried to deliver.

Laura did find a two-bedroom apartment with sea views, but Selina said she did not like the atmosphere inside the property.
Talking to the camera, Laura admitted: "I think she’s got a real reality check with this one.
"A sea view for her budget is a real push."
When it came down to decision time, Selina said she could not put down any offers, even on the flat in Riviera Del Sol that she described as "perfect".

She explained: "It definitely was a contender, the property was perfect, the location was amazing but I still feel I want that sea view.
"What I realised is, I need to up my budget a little bit more to get the perfect everything."
"You’re not willing to make that compromise?" Laura asked.
Selina said: "Initially when I first came out here, I really wanted that sea view and I know now, that by going that bit higher, I probably might be able to get it."
The mum and her sister returned to the UK to have another think.
