    HENDO SPEAKS

“They bend the line sometimes to make it offside,” he jokes about the VAR call which ruled his goal out.

“Disappointed we haven't got the win.

“The overall performance, the chances we created, I think we deserved to win the game. Everton would be happier with the draw.

“Everyone keeps asking us about it so I'm guessing it was a red card. Jordan told me after the game to apologise to Virgil. Overall, we should've won the game.

“The Villa game was bad, we all know that, but it's about the reaction. Some of the football and chances we created today was brilliant.

“For us, the biggest game is the next game, which is Ajax. We always concentrate on what's important and that's the next game.”

    MORE FROM KLOPP

“The picture I saw was not offside. Somebody thinks it was, somewhere,” Klopp said.

“Can someone explain that to me?

“The game is over. It finished 2-2. Should we have more than one point? Maybe, yes.

“We dominated the game – both teams get the point. That is how it is.”

    CRUNCH!

This was shocking from Richarlison. And Klopp wasn't happy about this, either.

“We don't know what he has. It looks not good,” the German told BT Sport.

    KLOPP SPEAKS

Klopp not happy with the fact that Pickford was kept on the pitch after he clattered Van Dijk.

“Pickford kicks him completely. I need to watch it back,” he said.

“I've seen the disallowed goal at the end and in the picture I saw it wasn't offside. Can someone explain that to me?”

    CALVERT-LEWIN SPEAKS

“Very strange game. It was physical, there's always a chance a red might come out,” he tells BT Sport.

“We're disappointed we didn't kick on at 1-1. We knew we'd go through spells without the ball.

“I thought today would be the day but it's not to be, onto the next one.

“It's one of my strengths I've started to exploit now, the boys are looking for me in the box.

“I'm not sure why we came out the blocks slow, they went ahead early doors, we've made strides to get back in the game and we had chances but they weren't taken.

“Absolutely this is about the top four, we wanted to win today, the fans did too, but we've got a point and onto next game. We've got that unbeaten run going.”

    EVERTON 2-2 LIVERPOOL

    That was absolutely bonkers

Fantastic game at Goodison Park. First, Mane put Liverpool ahead with a fine finish after just a few minutes.

Michael Keane equalised with a thumping header but Salah executed a brilliant volley late in the second period to put the Reds 2-1 up.

Calvert-Lewin headed in for 2-2 before Richarlison was sent off and Henderson thought he'd won it!

VAR won the day, actually. It was ruled out for offside and we finish all square.

    Madness.

    90. Well, Richarlison has been sent off for a shocking challenge on Thiago.

It was in the middle of the park, both players went down in a heap because of it.

But it's clear that the challenge really isn't good from Richarlison.

    EVERTON 2-2 LIVERPOOL

    82. That is a beautifully-timed header from Calvert-Lewin, who rises SO high to head the ball in from Digne's cross!

He missed that big chance earlier but he looked utterly unstoppable for that goal the 23-year-old.

He comes the first Toffees player since Tommy Lawton in 1938 to score in Everton's first 5 league games.
