NBA star Scottie Pippen is really eager to sell his Fort Lauderdale mansion. He’s so eager, in fact, that he’s giving away not one, not two, but three supercars in an effort to sweeten the deal and attract a buyer. It’s a stunning mansion with incredible features, but Pippen has had no luck in trying to sell the property. This estate originally went up for sale in 2010 and has since been on and off the market a few times, with fluctuating pricing. Sportscasting reports that the real estate market is not treating him well, in spite of how eager Pippen is to rid himself of the home he shared with his ex-wife, prior to their divorce.

It’s virtually unheard of for someone to try enticing home buyers by adding luxury vehicles as a perk, but Pippen and his ex-wife are anxious to get rid of this property and can’t understand why their estate is not selling.
Their home is absolutely stunning and features a state-of-the-art basketball court that even Pippen was proud to play on. It’s nestled in the very exclusive neighborhood of Harbor Beach in Florida and was immaculately designed by award-winning architect, Randall Stofft. There’s a mammoth pool with gorgeous waterfall views as well as oversized bedrooms and dining areas.
The home was initially listed for $16 million and was later reduced to $13.5 million. After many failed attempts to sell it, Pippen reduced the selling price down to $10 million in 2016 and he even threw in his Van Dutch yacht. Still, the property remained listed on the market.
Desperate to try turning a profit on his land, Pippen began to list his mansion for rent at the cost of $40,000 a month.
Up until this point in time, it appears that nothing has worked, and Pippen has become very eager to sell this home. The onset of 2021 has brought on a new level of desperation. Pippen and his ex-wife, Larsa have resorted to giving away 3 of her fabulous, expensive cars, in hopes of making a quick sale.
The home is currently listed for $12 million and the person that is ready to purchase this property will also instantly become the proud new owner of what the New York Post pegs as $1.5 million worth of luxury vehicles. The home sale is now bundled with the gifting of a Porsche 911 GTU RS, a Mercedes G63 AMG, and a Ferrari 488 Pista.
