DEAR DEIDRE: MY partner sometimes struggles to maintain an erection. It is getting frustrating for us both.
He is self-conscious about his small penis, which I think might be the real issue.
I’ve tried to reassure him that I’m very happy with his body but it doesn’t seem to help.
He has tried Viagra, which helped him get an erection, but he suffered with an awful headache the next morning, so he’s reluctant to take it again.
The doctor sent him for tests to check for underlying health problems and those came back clear.
I’m 54 and he’s 51. We have been together for two years and have a really good relationship apart from this. How can we improve things?
