Prince Charles and Camilla’s bond based in 'friendship’ says expert
The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall met via mutal friends in their younger years. During and after Prince Charles’ marriage Diana his relationship with Camilla came under much scrutiny. The couple have weathered negative press and bad headlines.
This includes a new spate of hate aimed at the pair since season for of The Crown became avaible to watch on Netflix last year.
The online anger caused the Clarence House Twitter account to turn off its replies.
International dating and relationship coach Sami Wunder gave her view on the couple’s longevity.
“Now this is a couple that has collected a lot of negative publity and yet when you look at their love there is something admirable about it, there is something that has stood the test of of time,” Sami said.
“It is inspiring for everyone else to watch.”

Making Camilla a priorty has been the key to their relationship success, Sami claims.
When Charles made it clear to his family and the public Camilla was his partner, this gave her the confidence to endure negative publicity, the expert explained.
“Charles has always made it very clear Camilla was a non-negotiable, she is a non-negotiable and she will be a non-negotiable.
“The Prince has always made it clear Camilla is the love of this life. This has given Camilla the strength to rise above the horrible publicity she received in the 80s and the 90s.”

The respect between the pair is mutual, Sami claims.
She said: “Camilla found real love and acknowledgement with this man.
“She returns the favour to Prince Charles.”
Sami admires Camilla’s ability to stand by Charles amid the negative press.
“It would be so easy to give in a negative situation like that,” Sami said.
“She understood being in love with the heir to the throne is no joke.
“It has its ups, it has its downs and she was prepared to walk the downs with him.”
Camilla made a statement about an exciting new project after facing down online abuse.
The Duchess launched a reading project to encourage literacy in the UK. It may surprise many to learn over 7million adults in Engand can be described as having “very poor literacy skills.”
A new portrait of the Duchess of Cornwall was revealed for the event.
An expert claimed Camilla is holding her head high for her new campaign.
Body language expert Judi James told Express.co.uk: “In the face of criticism and trolling after The Crown re-ignited some of the anger over her role in the breakdown of Charles and Diana’s marriage, Camilla appears to have attempted to come back fighting here, pulling out all the stops in terms of trying to present a look of confidence and stoicism with this official photo to launch her new literary campaign.”
Camilla wore a bright red, drawing the eye, Judi said.
She explained: “The dress is in a strong, attention-seeking statement red to suggest strong passions like love and even anger as well as matching the curtains behind her in their rather regal tone.
