Kate Middleton and Prince William have been pictured speaking to community organisation Conscious Youth.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who recently surprised a care home as they joined a virtual Bingo game, were pictured speaking to volunteers from the group, which works with young people from mainly black and ethnic minority backgrounds.

Based in Kirklees, West Yorkshire, the organisation describes itself as having the aim to "build the self-esteem and self-worth of young adults by changing their outlook on life, by broadening their horizons and helping them to empower themselves."

While the UK is easing its lockdown restrictions, masses of people have recently been taking to the streets to march in honour of the Black Lives Matter movement after George Floyd's death sent shockwaves around the world.

The 46 year old African-American father died after a Minneapolis police officer, Derek Chauvin, knelt on his neck for nine minutes until he could no longer breathe.

He has been charged with manslaughter and third degree murder, with another recent charge of second degree murder.
