Love Island’s Anton Danyluk’s incredible body transformation and how he did it

Anton Danyluk has undergone an astonishing body transformation ahead of his appearance on ITV2's Love Island .

The 24-year-old gym owner was not looking too shabby before he started his process of making sure he will be among the most ripped islanders on the show.

The Scotsman is hoping for a little romance in the villa and in preparation for appearing on the show, underwent a 16-week transformation that took his muscular body to a new level.

Anton has also documented on Instagram how he managed to achieve such an enviable body and urged others to follow him in achieving their body goals.

Posting three photos on Instagram that showed the effects of his workout journey, Anton revealed that dedication was required to ensure he was in tip-top condition.

He captioned the pic with: "Consistency is key. All I did from week 1 to week 16 was slowly decrease my calories and up cardio on a weekly basis.

"It’s not rocket science it just takes a lot of dedication and commitment."

For those that wanted to go on a similar gym journey as Anton, he detailed the six steps that he took.

He wrote on Instagram: "It’s not actually that complex when it comes to losing fat but the reason people fail is due to their lack of self control!"

His top tips to get lean are;

  • You must be on a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you are eating)
  • Weight Training 4+ times per week!
  • Cardio 3+ times per week a mix of HIIT & Steady state
  • ABS along side cardio
  • Replace cheat days with refeed days (they are more beneficial when it come to fat loss)
  • Limited alcohol preferably none

Anton admitted that it is a tough regime but urged his followers to stick with it.

He continued: "I know some of these may seem unreasonable but I suppose If it was easy everyone would have a six pack."

Anton is hoping to follow fellow Scots Laura Anderson and Camilla Thurlow in making it to the final of Love Island and have a chance of pocketing the £50,000 prize.

There is one major obstacle that he will have to get over to do this though, and that is to not cheat on whoever he is coupled up with.

He admitted: "That’s a medical condition that I have… a wandering eye! I’ve never really been loyal in any of my relationships.

"My last relationship, I actually got caught cheating for the first time in my life and it changed everything for me. I saw how much it hurt her and what it did to her.

"So, for me going to into Love Island, it’s going to be the biggest test of my life."
