Ahead of Joey's debut at the CGD Mansion, dating expert Anna, 39, has opened up on what it’s like to coach Joey through the quest of dating.

Speaking exclusively to OK! online Anna admitted former TOWIE star Joey, who was in complete shock following the heartbreaking death of Mick Norcross, has some trust issues.

Anna confessed to us: “Joey is a challenge and I think the thing with Joey is, he comes into the mansion quite late into the process. So we had an awful lot of work to do with Joey in a short space of time.”

She added: “Joey is a very multi-layered, complicated character when it comes to love. He has a huge barrier up because everybody knows Joey and that is something we absolutely confirmed.

“Joey can’t do normal dates, he cant, because he spends his life with people wanting selfies with him. And, you know, it just the facts of what it’s like for Joey dating so trust is a huge issue for Joey and we had a very short time to break through what trust is for him and bringing out that authenticity.

“But, fair play to Joey he’s a quick learner and he listened to all the teachings we gave him and I definitely feel he did some good work on his dating game.”

Joey recently opened up on why his relationships are short-lived and explained why he dumps girls so quickly.

TOWIE hunk Joey told The Sun on Sunday he has never cheated on any of his girlfriends as he said: “I would feel too bad on the world and the universe.

“My whole body would feel like it’s a really bad thing that I’m doing if I was to cheat on a girl.

“I’ve never put myself in that position.” He added: “People are surprised by that, but it’s why I dump girls so quickly. I don’t need to waste time and cheat on them. I guess I haven’t found a girl who challenges me.”

Joey also explained that he does hope to settle down soon now he’s in his 30s.

He confessed: “I’m 30 now. I want to settle down and start a family.”

Joey split from Brazilian model Brenda Santos after five months of dating.

Brenda later opened up on their romance as she told The Sun Online: “We would have sex every day. Sometimes we would do it many times a day, depending on the mood.

“He was giving and generous in bed. Joey said he loved my body, especially my ‘bum-bum’ as you say in Brazil.

“It was intense and memorable. He’s a very passionate person, like myself.”
