Actor Joe Lara has reportedly died aged just 58. It is reported that the Tarzan actor and his wife Gwen Lara, 66, were among seven people who are presumed dead after the private aircraft crashed.

We are no longer in an attempt to looking for live victims at this point.

Reports suggest that the light aircraft crashed into Percy Priest Lake in Tennessee, not long after take off.

Emergency response workers worked throughout the night but all passengers on board the aircraft were found dead.

Joe and his wife Gwen had jetted out of Smyrna Airport, close to Nashville at around 11am local time on Saturday

American gossip site TMZ reports that their final destination was close to Palm Beach, Florida.
