R. Kelly‘s former manager Henry James Mason has been indicted for making “terroristic threats” against the father of Kelly’s girlfriend, Joycelyn Savage.
Mason was accused of threatening the woman’s father after his family claimed Kelly brainwashed and held Joycelyn against her will.
According to police reports, Mason told Tim Savage in a phone call last year that he would “do harm to you and your family, when I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to f—ing kill you.”
According to TMZ, Mason might be jailed for up to 10 years, if found guilty. He had been released on $10,000 bond in January after he turned up in Henry County, Georgia, after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
Earlier last week, Kelly pleaded not guilty to 11 new charges of sexual assault.
