Victoria and David Beckham looked very much in love as they cuddled up together to watch their son Cruz represent his school during a football match.

A snap of the A-list couple shows the fashion designer, 47, with her arm lovingly placed around the former professional footballer, 46, as they take in the sporting event in Staffordshire.

Taking into consideration the rainy British weather, Victoria was wrapped up warm in a camouflage printed jacket and chunky beanie atop her brunette tresses.

The fashionista added to her look with straight leg denim jeans and black boots while standing under an umbrella with her other half.

David also nailed his off-duty style in a tan coloured jacket and matching baker boy style cap.

The lovebirds looked completely engrossed in the game as they watched their 16 year old show off his skills on the pitch.

The famous family were said to have left others star-struck at the event, with David even reportedly obliging for fan selfies.

David and Victoria then drove off in his four-by-four Mercedes-Benz.

A motorist told Staffordshire Live: "My daughter and I were driving along Carriers Road, just past Egginton, when we saw the Black Mercedes G-Wagon on the other side of the road.

"It stood out, as it's my daughter's dream car. It was driving towards Hilton, and she glanced over and thought it was Beckham driving.

"We then read later that it was David and Victoria on the way back from Repton."

The couple's surprise appearance at their son's football game comes after Victoria shocked fans with her confession about her go-to comfort food.

Speaking on River Café's Table 4 podcast, Victoria admitted: "This is where I sound even more boring in the food department.

"I like whole-grain toast with salt on it. It's that carbohydrate that makes you feel comforted, and I love salt."

Victoria also revealed she isn't one to treat herself to dinners out all the time.

And, if she does find herself in a restaurant, the mum-of-four will sometimes only order steamed vegetables.

She also revealed she steers clear of any butter, oils or sauces as she simply isn't a fan.

Victoria admitted: "To most restaurants, I'm probably their worst nightmare. I love some steamed vegetables, some balsamic vinegar and then to season myself."
