Jade rollers and gua sha tools have become hot property in the beauty world over the last few years.
The former creates a lymphatic drainage massage, while the latter treats users to a fascial release.
Both promise to reduce puffiness in the face and leave more defined features. Plus, they are an extremely relaxing skincare activity too.
A popular method with these tools is popping them into the freezer before use for a deeper and more refreshing experience.
However, not everyone has jade rollers or gua shas at their disposal.
So, can you get the same experience using something else?
